Employee of The Month!

@totesme loves to sing dance, write songs and books, and draw. Her favorite project is her “Dangerous to Dream” cover because it’s getting curated on Saturday! Her favourite Scratcher is @Harrypotteremoji35 !!
The employee of the month will be announced early in the month starting May 1st, This employee will be chosen based on participation and helpfulness in the shop. this employee also cannot have any strikes or currently be on leave. To nominate an employee of the week, or for questions, please talk to @lyrical_Lemon.

Customer Code of Conduct (COC)

• As a customer, please respect all employees here. If your order happens to become overdue, please be patient with us and tell us. We would love to help you as long as you treat the employees with respect because they are people too.
  
• You must have a deadline of at least 4 days after you place the order. This will ensure that employees can have time to get the order done right.
  
• If you happen to use any employee from the spotlight shop in a project/collaboration, you must give credit to both the employee and The Spotlight Shop.
  
• If you fail to follow these rules, you will be reminded of them and given 36 hours to fix it (unless it is a disrespectful post which will be instant) otherwise, you could risk your project or post being reported (if it is a mean post), or not being allowed to be sold to at this shop, depending on the severity. This may sound intense, but these rules will make sure that your project is amazing and we get credit.
