Sorry to sound negative but creating pixel art isn't as simple as using

set [ pixellate v] effect to (0)

nor is it as easy as rescaling an image in the Bitmap editor.

If you want to create proper, good-looking pixel art, you'll need to create it from scratch. As in, nothing.

Like I said earlier I don't mean to come off as negative but I personally think it's worth gaining experience by doing it by hand instead of using a shortcut.
