LAWS AND INFO

Section 1 - Distribution of ShopBux
Sub-Section 1 - For The Shop
1.1.1 - The shop starts off with 200 ShopBux in their ShopBux bank, which they may distribute to employees who have registered in the Scratch ShopBux Program at their own expense
1.1.2 - Every order your shop completes, 3 ShopBux will be added to your shop's balance
1.1.3 - The person who did the order will get 2 ShopBux
1.1.4 - For any quick ‘make a shop, get 200 ShopBux, give to me’ fraud actions, you will be immediately removed from the program.
Sub-Section 2 - For The Customer
1.2.1 - Each customer that registers in ShopBux starts off with 50 ShopBux
1.2.2 - In the event of a scam from a shop, after thorough investigating up to 200 SSB may be taken from a shop depending on the severity.

Section 2 - Joining Regulations
Sub-Section 1 - The Customer
2.1.1 - A customer may not be an alt
2.1.2 - To sign an alt up, you must add an additional account to the main
Sub-Section 2 - The Verification
2.2.1 - In any of your applications include the words “Hand Ankle”
2.2.2 - If it doesn't, only 100 ShopBux will be added and when you add the code words, it will be put up to 200 ShopBux
2.2.3 - If the above is true and you haven't been running for a week, only 50 ShopBux will be added
2.2.4 - Once one of the actions stated above is done, it will be put up to 100 ShopBux
2.2.5 - By using ShopBux, you agree to all of these laws, and agree that the punishment systems will not change

Section 3 - Staff Authority
Sub-Section 1 - Our Word
3.1.1 - A shop registered in this program must not get pushy or annoyed if a staff member comes to them with concern or punishments or whatever about their ShopBux balance
3.1.2 - We have no authority as to what you do with your shop, we just manage your ShopBux balance
3.1.3 - A staff member has all the right to expel you or your shop from the program if you have done something wrong
3.1.4 - In most cases, you will just get a warning, but 3 warnings and you are out
3.1.5 - If you try to exploit a ShopBux employee, 20 ShopBux will be taken out of your or your shop's account
Sub-Section 2 - Your Word
3.2.1 - You have every right to ask about the recent actions of a staff member that may concern you or your shop's balance
3.2.2 - Although you can ask about these actions, please be respectful and remember we have the final word

Section 4 - Tax
4.1 - Every customer with over 80 ShopBux will be taxed 4 ShopBux every week
4.2 - Every shop with 210 ShopBux or over will be taxed 5 ShopBux every week

Section 5 - Closings/Celebrations
Sub-Section 1 - Closings
5.1.1 - On the 15th of March every year we will be closed to remember the people who died in the Christchurch mosque shootings
5.1.2 - On the 15th of April every year we will be closed to commemorate the tragic Notre-Dame fire
Sub-Section 2 - Celebrations
5.2 - On the 15th of February every year we will celebrate the anniversary of ShopBux

Section 6 - Branches
6.1 - Whilst you may be the President of a ShopBux branch, please note that the 3 founders still have control over it, the governor doesn't
6.2 - Law 6.1 also applies to ShopBux studios
6.3 - Any branch that does not follow these rules will be considered unofficial and will be asked to be deleted or updated

Section 7 - Laws
7.1 - All of these laws apply regardless of if you or your organization was created before the law was introduced
7.2 - These laws can change at any time

8.1.1 - Throughout the history of ShopBux, many people have made messages to say goodbye, appeal a ban etc…
8.1.2 - This is highly discouraged as it comes off as being pushy and annoying

Recently, there has been a realization that ShopBux is starting to be worth less and less. We have put in a plan where ShopBux can be disposed and every 2 ShopBux is equal to a love and a favourite. To better get a picture of the inflation, we have a fellow currency/reward type, the DSA token. Some of our workers have figured out that a single DSA token is equal to over 200 ShopBux. This has to stop. Dispose of ShopBux today!

The forums have been down presumably because of a bug/glitch. Our top editors have come up with theories such as the forums being removed as the discuss button in the header was removed in 2017. [b]MOSQUE SHOOTING CLOSES TO BE ABORTED[/b]
Awhile ago, there was a tragic incident with a shooting at a Christchurch mosque. I will not go into detail, but @MClovers thought that we should be closed every month on the 15th. He then realized, that's when ShopBux was made. The 15th of February. He was planning to do a special, but since we'd be closed, he couldn't. He decided to change it from the 15th of every month to the 15th of March annually.

If you’ve been keeping up to date with ShopBux, you’ll be hearing a lot about ‘Brain Frying’ for those of you who know what I’m talking about, keep scrolling, if not, keep reading. ShopBux has earnt the name ‘Brain Frying’ from arch nemesis, DSA founder, Dragonlord767, when he read through 6+ pages of the ideas and replied ‘Please stop Frying my brain’. From then forth, the ideas team and the two founders, have always been referred to as ‘The Brain Fryers’. That’s what it means. Also, be prepared for lots more Brain Frying during the next week or so, as ShopBux is going under major renovation. 1

[b]MAJOR SHOPS BOMBARDED WITH SPAM[/b]
Today, the two largest active shops (T.I.P.S. and the Emerald Shop) were spammed using massive posts, some of which took a whopping 47 seconds to scroll through. The owner of the Emerald Shop and Orders and Events Manager at T.I.P.S., @pinkiepie710, and the owner of T.I.P.S. and former Chairman of the Emerald Shop, @congyingzhou, both reported the spammer's posts. However, the issue did not end there. The spammer continued to create posts of the same quote repeated continuously. The situation escalated leading @congyingzhou to create a thread especially to draw the ST's attention to the affected shops. The spammer has now been banned from both shops by their owners.

We are changing the abbreviation of Scratch ShopBux from SHB to SSB. @MClovers thinks it generally makes more sense.

[b]SHOPBUX NAMING SYSTEM[/b]
@MClovers has realized since ShopBux as a whole is changing, there shouldn't just be one name. Also given the fact that the original ShopBux only lasted a day before it changed to the SRP, you might want to talk about certain aspects. He has decided that one-day period is called ShopBux Alpha. The SRP is just called The SRP. And the ShopBux we have today is ShopBux Beta.

[b]BIGGEST TRANSACTION IN SHOPBUX HISTORY[/b]
Recently, @AFNNetworkK12 paid 200 SSB to The Frost Shop, making it the biggest shop on scratch. To put that into perspective, the weekly salary doesn't make that line. We are unsure why he did this, but our top editors think he was just trying to be kind to the shop. It could've also been a tip. Never in ShopBux Alpha, SRP and ShopBux Beta has this ever happened. We have gotten word that @MClovers is trying to keep the competition low by shutting down KekCoin. KekCoin is becoming a potential ShopBux rival. Will @MClovers be voted out of the position of founder? Will @MClovers sabotage  KekCoin? There are many, many updates that have happened in ShopBux currently. First, the staff. Assistant Chairman was introduced, Assistant Secretary was too and Second Vice President was renamed to Assistant President. @ZPgaming was promoted to Chairman, @1132262 was re-introduced as Assistant Chairman later being promoted to Vice Chairman and @jbrow78 was introduced as Assistant Chairman. There is currently a vote going on about some services that ShopBux will introduce. This is mostly an opinion poll but some features will be forced in.

ShopBux Priority Order is to be closing down after 2 months and 7 pages of an unsuccessful idea. There will be a new branch of ShopBux coming soon that hopefully will entertain everyone. At the time of writing this article, Priority Order will close down in 1 hour. All started from some rainbow text, was 4 entire pages saying to stop, someone threatened to report someone for being annoying (even though that is technically not in the Community Guidelines). We don't know what can happen next, but it can be a disaster in future pages.

ShopBux and ScratchBux have been helping The Frost Shop recover from the flame war that happened earlier by donating huge amounts of the currency. @ajsya does not yet know that we are doing this, as they were not present during the flame war. We have gathered over 300 SSB for The Frost Shop, coming from @MClovers, @openPoll, @Scratch-Coding and an idea by @AFNNetworkK12 about giving charity to The Frost Shop. We do not know how much SCB got gathered from the fund over there. This amount is expected to keep rising. Stay tuned!

FRAGMENT SYSTEM

ABOUT

The Fragment System is an idea from the shop T.I.P.S. It's a way to reward staff with non-currency collectible items.

The fragment system is a rewards system. Every time you get rewarded by any President, the Governor or one of the Founders, you get a fragment randomly generated here. You get A-C 1-4. Something like A1 or B2 or C3 or B4. Once you have all the numbers in the letter (let's say C1, C2, C3 and C4) you get the silver prize and a surprise, plus a C5 fragment (the C1, C2, C3 etc. convert into this automatically). Same number different letter (say A1, B1 and C1), you get a bronze prize and a smaller surprise, plus a D1 fragment. Once you have ALL the fragments, you get the gold prize and a big surprise, with a D5 fragment. Say you have 3 D5 fragments. You get platinum prize and ultra-mega-surprise!

Also, you can trade fragments with other staff members. Get someone else to trade or donate fragments and supply proof. This will then be updated.
