TERMS, CONDITIONS, & SAFETY
Employee Rights
1.0 - Employees can go on leave at any time but for no more than 2.8 weeks or a strike will be placed.
1.1 - Employees have the right to deny someone service, but an explanation must be justified by the rules.
1.2 - Employees can place watches for and report trolls and spammers in the shop.
1.3 - Employees may ask to represent the shop only with permission by @DefeattheHuns.
Customer Rights
1.0 - Are entitled to service as long as they order and act maturely on the thread.
1.1 - Can be denied service if requests are inappropriate, break rules, or if they ask for something we do not provide.
1.2 - If our staff can not complete order on time, the due date will be extended 2 days.
Safety
1.0 - Personal info will not be shared in this thread.
1.1 - Orders which contain private or unseen items will be hidden, if your order is complete and you want nobody else to see what you ordered you are responsible for snipping the text.
1.2 - Cyber-bullying activity can be traced back here at any time.
Rules
1.0 - Customers will not post inappropriate content or send a link leading to sites of inappropriate nature.
1.1 - Unrelated conversations are allowed, as long as they do not block requests.
1.2 - All employees must respond to an activity check, or risk getting a strike.
1.3 - Customers should not spam the shop with unnecessary posts.
1.4 - Employees who are not on the board who attempt to fire will get a strike.
Activity checks
1.0 - Employees who do not respond to an activity check within 3 days will receive a strike.
1.1 - Activity checks are to be preformed at least once a month.
1.2 - Activity checks can be called by only board members.
1.3 - There will be no activity checks in the month of December.
If reported
1.0 - Only applies when reported in shop.
1.1 - Employees who are reported here and for something serious may be asked to leave (fired).
1.2 - Customers reports will be considered and investigated unless it is not considered serious.
1.3 - Employees who are reported for something valid but not serious will receive a strike.
Terms of advertisement
1.0 - If we find you are not advertising us back, the agreement will be terminated
1.1 - You must advertise our shop on your profile.
1.2 - If you advertise “offensive” content your agreement will be terminated.
1.3 -All advertising forms must include the word “orange”.

The Scratch Shop Union is a network of shops designed to support the shops. We exist simply to make each other stronger and to form a community that you can fall back on in times of trouble!
How Are We Different From Other Shop Unions?
Whilst it wouldn't be fair to call large shop unions a list of shops and a page of rules, truth is, at this moment they really aren't much more than that. In comparison, SSSU has many shop support programs such as an employee-to-shop directive, where employees can easily be directed to shops looking for workers or that suit their style, a featured shop program, in which small shops that are doing well and deserve more attention can be featured, and an orders-to-shop directive, in which orders can be exchanged or directed to certain member shops. In this way SSSU exists to strengthen Scratch shops together.
