Everything in package.json that's supposed to be quoted is in quotes, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I'll try it with a different project and see what happens.

Remove all the quotations marks, then add them again. It should work now.

I had the same problem but just figured out what it was. Copying and pasting it from the scratch website has a different double quote character than in .json, meaning it did not recognise the quotes. The problem can be solved by replacing all the double quotes.

Hmm… weird, even though my Windows 10 laptop didn't detect that the .exe file isn't a trojan. So, yeah…
