studio for pointless rants manager discussion

yall r so picky with who you want to be manager nowadays it's like youre picking the student body president

when i first had a signature, i used to make it on my own posts, instead of doing this because i couldn't find it

I definitely think that Eci should be promoted at some point, she has been around for a while.

Going to chip in my 30 cents, whole thing about being managers is to look after the studio as opposed to accepting them into a club. Sure, people can do nice things, they are valued in the community. But, if I set about making a new thumbnail for Pointless Rants, that doesn't make me qualify as a good manager. Remember, it takes one person (trustworthy or not) to completely eradicate pointless, and since wwt left there's no-one who could actually not get deleted. Not saying for an instance, someone in the community would do that, but again, you either promote rarely or you do it with everyone. This forums already become a exclusivity club and people who aren't managers have already tried to see what we are up to.
Good pick on Novakitty, but maybe we should reinforce a new manager every 2 months rule.
