Propose Studios to be Featured

Here is a studio I created to fill a void. https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/2921004/ Its title is “Bag o' Bullets” which I thought was catchy, considering the studio's contents. The studio is filled with classic style shoot-em-up games, or shmups for short. This is a very niche genre; if you say “shoot em up” in most gaming circles, the minds of those around you will most likely shift towards something like Call of Duty, which is an fps, not a shmup. Anyway, for the uninitiated, shmups make up a genre that generally passes under peoples' radar, even though it has been around since the dawn of gaming. A shmup is a game where you move around the screen, usually in 8 directions, and shoot things. (Some examples you might know of: Galaga, Ikaruga, Dodonpachi, Touhou) These games are very satisfying to play if they are your cup of tea. The intricacies of what exactly a shmup is are explained in further detail in the Bag o' Bullets studio. I think this genre deserves more recognition on Scratch because its games are quite fun. They are also fairly satisfying to make on Scratch, and doing so is not to difficult thanks to the cloning feature introduced in Scratch 2.0. This studio's feature could introduce many people to a genre they might have not heard of. They might look at this studio's wide variety of shmups and get ideas for their own games, which is what sometimes happens to me when I play or watch videos of shoot em ups. That is my proposal.

I believe that every single scratcher should have a chance at scratch fame, so I made a studio for this cause. I will only accept scratchers and their projects if they don't have many views, but I believe are great and should get more views. The reason it needs to be featured is because their is no point in having a studio like this if no one knows about it. The studio has just recently been created and I am still working on it. Thank you for reading this. I hope you feature my studio. It would sure help me, but mainly other scratchers.

Hello! As you know, October is here. And, as you know, Hallowe'en is in October. Which means, as you know, people are going to make Hallowe'en projects. Which, as you know, might not get much attention. So, as you know, they'll be wanted to get attention. Thusly, as you know, I'd like this studio to be featured!

I got a lot of compliments on my last signature, and I think that's kind of strange. I wrote it when I was 12 and it wasn't very good. I acted like PS4 controllers were the epitome of human technology, for God's sake! I tried too hard to be philosophical, or maybe I tried too hard to be funny, or maybe it was something else. But that signature was bad. It wasn't good. It might be strange for some of you to hear this, seeing as this site is full of kids, but 12-year-old me was practically a baby. I think that's something you realise when you grow up. That you're always better than you were last year. I was looking through old Skype messages between me and a friend of mine from when we were 12, and as I read them, I couldn't stop thinking, “Woah. I was the worst.” It's important to know that you're always the worst. I can almost guarantee that future you is thinking negatively of you right now, just as future me is thinking negatively of me. It's important not to let that get to you. Remember to stay in the present. Tomorrow hates you, but it can't hurt you because you'll never get to tomorrow. When I was 10 or 11, I remember seeing the world very cynically. I thought that human life was inherently selfish, and that we were only put on this planet to destroy it. I'm so glad 10 or 11 year old me is gone, because 17 year old me would NOT get along with that kid.

I think that The EVOLVED studio should be featured. It has projects from a few peoplee and is growing fast. It has platformer games, racing games, and more. We even have a website about our studio! Please feature this studio!

This is my studio, but I think it should be featured it is called “Be Happy” It only has 2 projects so far but I know I can get more. I have made one and my curator has made one. They are full of ways to be happy and quotes. All my curators are required to have made a project related to our theme and have a good message (are also good quality) to get in. Curator spots are never closed for those who will take the time to spread happiness!!! Please feature this. If it gets featured I will fill it with projects that uplift people and ways that happiness can help family and friends! here is the url
