Creating a Guide at the Services Planning Department
1.) Suggest an idea. Wait for the approval or the managers/members and begin detailing some of the finer points of the guide. Will it contain case studies, quick tips, tutorials? Think about the organizational structure.
2.) Debate an idea. Look for how others perceive the issue so that when you write the guide, you have a multifaceted approach to the situation

3.) Outline your idea. Make an organizational structure for what comes first and last. Usually a guide starts with an introduction, then moves into quick tips, examples/case studies, and an optional conclusion. Decide how to organize your subtopics.
4.) Create the guide. Actually write everything which you have planned out before. Use references to gain inspiration and quotes to strengthen your guide.
5.) Edit your guide for any misspelled words. This piece is crucial to enhancing the professionalism of the guide. This is also the time when a banner is created for the guide. This banner will go on the front page as an advertisement!

I guess so… But how do we measure that? I mean, there are for sure saved snapshots of the Scratch 1.4 Forums, which do have user statistics, but I'm not sure how we measure 2.0 statistics.Do we want to document the decline of the forums?Well it kind of already is on the wiki:
