Scratch keeps trapping me on pages!

My browser / operating system: IPad iOS 10.3.1, Safari 10.0, No Flash version detected
I've experienced this bug before, and it's quite bad. Randomly, instead of coming up with another user or something, it instead comes up with an error saying ‘There’s something wrong with our servers!'. Every time I tried to go to another page, it came up with this error, and I had to tell my Scratch friends. It happened when i went to tell Paddle2see about someone who was being rude on a project(I reported them first), so please tell me what is causing the bug.

People need better thumbnails.
Also there's a lot of anti-kumquat equipment but the kumquats are too scared to come within 100 kilometres of me.

I think it is server errors, not much they can do about it.
