i made cover art for a short song i made (not a very remarkable song i legitimately made it in like 10 minutes).

for the song i was trying to replicate the style of the achievement album that i like listening to, but the result was pretty unfinished and was pretty empty. i replicated that by taking the setup of the original album cover, but stripping it down, and making the window to the outside a photograph instead. (and it's not because i'm lazy and incompetent… only partially because i'm lazy and incompetent)

i dunno personally i think that was kinda cool but idk probably not really

also does anyone know any good sources for textures? like with albedo and normal mapping? for the planks i just made my own procedural shaders. like for the planks i just used brick texture, with a stretched and distorted noise texture, both added into a bump map. the result isn't too bad, although i'm pretty sure the dark spots on wood grain is its albedo and not because of bumps, but still i'd like a good source for textures. or is that just too hard to find

For that i just connected noise to a bump map node and connected that to the normal input of the surface shader.

Does anyone use grease pencil?
