Suggestions:
Remove unnecessary blocks that can be easily replaced like half, the comment block, and the thing that just reports your input,
Make some blocks more clear (why noop instead of counter?)
Put your blocks in existing categories and don't clog up the palette.

This block:
DialogPrompt[//dialog][//prompt]start[//start]::#999f5f— doesn't work properly, add a “and wait”, so we get the Dialog Response after the answer, so it should look like this:

— but do this in all “dialog” blocks.
