you should be able to save a picture from google onto your computer and then hit the button to download a sprite from your computer, do that a couple times and you'll have some memes that are shown as sprites.

I have a question. You know the if color is touching color block? How do you get the eyedropper to pick the color you want. Either i'm doing it wrong or it doesn't work

well you dont have to start out so good at drawing.
You could collab with a artistic friend.
or ask an artistic friend(or anyone) to help you.
you could also practice.try drawing a meme the best you can every once and a while.
It might not come out good the first time but it will eventually.
In short, patience is key
