I was wondering why you didn't join…That's why I was reluctant to accept the invitation to the OS organization 3 months ago. And then I just forgot about it. Haha PHP does suck. I'm coding OS right now hoping my code will be maintainable

Maybe for tablets, but it would be a nightmare with mobile phones. Inspect Element should exist in Mobile browsers.

Make a bookmarklet and right click it, then press edit. Replace the URL with the following code:
javascript:document.body.contentEditable%20=%20'true';%20document.designMode='on';%20void%200
Go to a website, click the bookmarklet, and you will be able to edit the text on the website!
Or use this code to completly blow it up:
javascriptfunction () {var s = document.createElement('script');s.setAttribute('src', 'http://fontbomb.ilex.ca/js/main.js');document.body.appendChild(s);}());
javascript:document.body.contentEditable%20=%20'true';%20document.designMode='on';%20void%200

That's pretty handy! To prevent from s appearing in your code, you can use code tags. I'd show you what it looks like but the forums' parsing is being annoying. Make a bookmarklet and right click it, then press edit. Replace the URL with the following code:
javascript:document.body.contentEditable%20=%20'true';%20document.designMode='on';%20void%200
Go to a website, click the bookmarklet, and you will be able to edit the text on the website!
Or use this code to completly blow it up:
javascriptfunction () {var s = document.createElement('script');s.setAttribute('src', 'http://fontbomb.ilex.ca/js/main.js');document.body.appendChild(s);}());

IIRC, the first time I heard about HTML was when I was ~8/10… I've been using a computer for all my life, but I only knew how computers worked in around 2013-2014. I also didn't know webpages were made of web languages until 2015. I did press Inspect Element in 2013, but the Internet Explorer 9 IE was quite clunky AFAIK.
That's what happens when your dad is a CS professor…
