I'm in a band!

At the moment we've got me on keyboard and vocals and two other people on vocals, but meh, it works.

(I really need a drummer, but they're few and far between where I live, and all the ones I've asked have refused.)

We have written one song (we're filming the video for that today) and are in the process of writing a few more.

If anybody is interested, I'll post the music video for the song we have written once we've filmed and edited.

(I also apologize for the shaky camera in the video, though that problem will be harder to fix.)

Wow, that sounds pretty nice. The piano seems a bit inconsistent and there's awkward silences in the song, though.

just one question though: why did you change to a minor chord while you sing “you're right beside me”?

Thanks. That's my comfortable range. I asked the other vocalist whether she wanted to change keys, but she said she didn't. I do agree it sounded a bit high for her.

Yeah, that was mostly me messing up. We would have done another recording, but we'd spent most of the day attempting to record anyway so the other vocalist was like “ENOUGH.”

Amazing song!

The transition from 1:30 to 1:33 is kinda strange, and more depth would be suggested (Drums as you said, etc.)

Otherwise, nice!

(EDIT: Also, the piano is too loud and overshadows the vocals a few times. )

I heard you and the other vocalist get out of sync for a second. That, or you two sing at completely different pitches and for some reason I hear both.
2:00 is one example.
