Griffpatch gets thousands of comments from people telling him to follow him. It’s hard to follow every single person who asks him to do it! Following someone isn’t mandatory, people have a decision on to do whatever they want.

I feel like I’ve stumbled across this same exact question from somewhere, but I don’t remember if it was worded like this or if it was worded differently.

Also people will follow who they choose to follow based on their projects or their creativity and interests, asking people to follow you won’t be that simple, I’m afraid.
