--The Astronomy Forum— Stars, a nebula!!!
*me dropping into conversation without any concern* yea guys, I saw that orange moon yesterday, too! I think people call it “Dear Moon” or something. Also starts were pretty shiny, i saw big dipper, a part of ursa minor (and so Polaris, of course) and some shiny star, i believe it was sirius. I looked for Sagittarius, Orion and some other onstellations that i dont remember their english names but city lights didnt let melol, nice you got to see meteors! I think I might’ve glimpsed one last night but it was out of the corner of my eyeme and my family saw 4 or 5 meteors, im not sure if they were from Perseid or Eta Kova. There is a VERY shiny celestial body. My father says it can be ISS, my mother says it is Venus, but i actually have no idea. I sound a little ignorant yea i know but keep in mind that i can stargaze two times a year and im into astronomy for no more than 1 year

The ISS passes over my area around 1 am…

The moon came out this morning, so I decided to have a look at it, can’t wait for that rocket to crash into it ( although I probably won’t be able to see it, there’s like 0.1% I’ll be able to )

Yeah, it isThe moon here turned ORANGE because of the smokeDang, smoke does weird stuff to the moon. Luckily, I don’t live in an area where smoke or wildfires are too much of a problem, though I’ve seen that happen a couple times
It’s creepy man

Got up early, here are some pictures of the resultsSame.(Sadly the smoke has made it so I can't actually see the moon, all I can see is an eerie glow over the horizon.)
Also can’t wait for that rocket to crash into the moon. Unlikely to see it, but I’ll try!

Guys I’m 3d printing an 8-inch reflector, wish me luck!
Pictures of the print so far can be found here: Your text to link here…
I’ll probably finish the scope in a month or two, depends on when the mirrors come, and when I make the mirror cell!
