Dragon's Activity Record :)

Pre-post:
My schedule here for later reference (just putting this here to keep track):

Daily Schedule:

get ready and feed the dog 6:00-6:20
free time 6:20-6:43 (exercise, cook, go on Scratch)
leave the house at 6:50
get ready, do extra online lessons, do any light organizing for the day, eat, or chill during car ride
school! take notes + try to get everything done in class if there's extra time
do homework immediately after school
pick-up at 14:30
homework until 15:00, do homework in the car (or online classes if done with homework)
online classes 15:10-17:00, maximum 18:00 if need to finish something (*side note: homework and free time can be switched only if going out with friends or from some other scheduled event, but must be compensated for later that day/week if disrupts homework/online classes/studying*)
17:00-20:00 free time dedicated specifically to going outside, exercising, drawing, watching relaxing videos, reading, writing, talking with friends. No work (other than possibly uni apps if inspiration strikes) is allowed to be done
20:00-20:20 – brush teeth / get ready for bed
20:20-21:00 – chill and go to sleep

goal: 8 hours of sleep
one day a week, I can sleep for 7 hours and/or work into my free time without reason

*special case: plans after school; homework and online classes can be moved to the preceding day(s), or to later that same day if the plans are spontaneous, but should not go later than 19:00-20:00*
*special case: studying; can only add an extra 1-2 hours of work on weekdays (until 19:00) and 2-3 extra hours on days off (until 19:00)*
*special case: SAT; study for SAT on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (with the study rule above applied) (goal: 2 practice tests and 1 page of notes made)*

Sundae Sunday:
6:00-7:00 – wake up
6:00-9:00 – send weekly updates to online teachers, update goals & calendar & schedule, post weekly update on Scratch, do laundry / other cleaning
chill for the rest of the day; extra challenge: do something specific, meaningful, and exciting (ex: go out with friends, go on a long bike ride, write a short story or sing a song)
20:00-20:20 – brush teeth / get ready for bed
20:20-21:00 – journal / draw / chill / go to sleep

Monday: daily schedule
work on online class 1 (goal: 3 lessons per week)

Tuesday: daily schedule
work on online class 2 (goal: 3 lessons per week)

Wednesday: daily schedule

Thursday: daily schedule
work on online class 4 (goal: 3 lessons per week)

Friday: daily schedule

Sugar Saturday: (unlimited sugar)
wake up 6:00-7:00
make breakfast 6:00-9:00
8:00-10:00 – work on uni apps (if haven't earlier in the week) or outside work (environment, job, etc.)(if haven't earlier in the week)
miscellaneous (chill, do homework, study, do outside work, go out) until 19:00
20:00-20:20 – brush teeth / get ready for bed
20:20-21:00 – chill and go to sleep

supplies:
online calendar, online spreadsheets, online notes for all classes (in-person and online)
folders for all in-person classes, notebook for practice problems only (no notes)
headphones (kept at school), whiteboard (kept at school), space on bedroom wall for study sheets
sketchbook

Notes:
Starting the week on Sunday – a day off – can help reduce stress, set a chill atmosphere for the rest of the week, and create balance by psychologically altering one's perception of the time in a week.
Instead of doing more productive things, do less unproductive ones so they don't cancel out one's hard work.
Planning free time is just as important as planning work!
Sugar is only allowed on Saturday / Sunday; the rest of the week, food must be relatively healthy
