Simple Conlang: Lumo (v2)

1) Sounds (easy)

Use simple sounds:

Consonants: p, t, k, m, n, s, l, r, f, h
Vowels: a, e, i, o, u
Words usually sound like: CVC or CV (like mira, doro, sel).

2) Sentence order (English-ish)

Most sentences are:
Person + Tense word + Verb + (Thing)

Example: Mi ke tir mira. = “I see a star.”

3) Tense words (same as before)

ke = now / always (present)
na = yesterday / past
ra = tomorrow / future
4) People words (simple)

mi = I
tu = you
su = he / she / they
5) Negation (make it “not”)

Put ma right before the verb:

Mi ma ke tir mira. = “I do not see a star.”
(You can also write it without the tense word: Mi ma tir mira.)

6) Questions (easy)

Add ka? at the end:

Mi ke tir mira ka? = “Do I see a star?”
7) Articles (optional)

Use da like “the/a”:

Mi ke tir da mira. = “I see the/a star.”
(If you don’t use da, it still works.)

8) Adjectives (new!)

Adjectives go after the thing (this is super easy):

Person + tense + verb + Noun + Adjective

Rules:

Add an adjective word after the noun.
No special endings.
Examples:

Mi ke tir mira va.
“I see a star that is big.”
(va = big)
Tu ke kalen rathu lom.
“You walk on the road that is long.”
(lom = long)

taro = red
mero = blue
lom = long
noka = fast
suma = good
rubi = bad
9) Mini vocabulary (starter pack)

Things

mira = star
doro = river
rathu = road
sel = book
nûm = stone
vaku = food
Verbs

tir = see
sor = talk
kalen = walk
dûr = give
vath = eat
ren = know
10) Example sentences (kid-friendly)

Mi ke tir mira.
“I see a star.”
Mi ke tir da mira va.
“I see a big star.”
Tu na kalen rathu lom.
“You walked on a long road.”
Su ke sor sel noka.
“They talk about a fast book.”
(If “fast book” sounds weird, you can use suma: sel suma = “good book”)
Mi ma ke ren nûm.
“I don’t know the stone.”
Tu ra vath vaku ka?
“Will you eat food?”

Interesting language! I do like the way you've organized each section so it gradually gets closer to Lumo from english. The grammar is simple and easy enough to follow. It is kinda simple(as stated in the beginning) and lacking in some areas(i.e. adjectives) but otherwise it looks pretty good!
