anyway it's a poison/steel type called Rattlewaste
it's a snake. made of nuclear waste. in a steel barrel. its evolution, Copwarhead lets it burst through that barrel and use it like chest armor. it has an ability, Irradiate, that gives any pokemon that makes physical contact with it a chance to be poisoned (it may also poison the pokemon next to it in your inventory)
its signature move is Gamma Ray, which hits everything on the battlefield. including itself. and gamma ray happens to deal extra damage to Rattlewaste / Copwarhead
