Revert Contact Us page to 2.0 layout
I'm not talking about reverting the contact us page to scratchr2. I'm talking about moving the “Subject”/“Topic”/“Description”/etc outside of the window that shows when clicking “Get Help” like it was in 2.0. Here's what the page looked like before it was turned into scratch-www to show what I'm trying to say:
https://web.archive.org/web/20190218001052/https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/
I'm suggesting this bc I've actually seen a lot of people not realize there's a “Help Center” button (could be due to button not showing up on their screen and not realizing u have to scroll down) so they think only the suggested articles show) and it could make the selection easier to find
Also, not sure if we need the FAQ section that appears when clicking “Get Help” bc there's already an FAQ, so could just remove the Get Help button and move everything outside
Edit: here's what i mean to clarify (i dont mean like completely reverting exactly)

I have also noticed a lot of people do not realize that there is the Help Center button

Wait:
8.3 Set the editor or website to look like older versions of ScratchContact us counts as part of the website, right?
Some users prefer the look and feel of the older Scratch editor/website, and have suggested an option to make the editor/website look like an older version of Scratch (such as Scratch 1.4 or 2.0), but still run off of HTML5 like Scratch 3.0 does. However, this would be more complicated for educational and documentation purposes. It could be confusing if someone is trying to learn Scratch from someone who is using a completely different layout of the editor than them. In addition, the Scratch Team changed the design for a reason: to make it easier, more intuitive, and friendlier for newcomers to use.
This includes a setting to switch between Scratch 2.0 and 3.0 online editors. For more information, see this post. However, note that this does NOT extend to an option to change the website color palette; for more information, see #8.4 on this list.

This isn't what I'm referring to, I just don't know how to explain it very well LOLI have read it. I think ‘changing the editor or website to look like older versions of Scratch’ should be interpreted to include: ‘changing the layout of a specific page of the website to look like an older version of Scratch’ but I'll ask on TOLORS itself

It would be a bit more clear what I'm talking about if the wayback machine actually worked right now LOLThis isn't what I'm referring to, I just don't know how to explain it very well LOLI have read it. This is what it looks like (from another website)

I'm trying to say you'd be able to see a “Select a topic” or whatever or something similar where you don't have to press Get Help and then Help Center bc I've seen that cause confusion when people don't see help center. Also, don't rlly need all the suggested articles when the faq is linked at the top of the current page

Bringing this topic up. (doesn't have to be exactly the same but either making it similar to this or making the button easier to see would be helpful)
Also I'm bad at explaining it LOL
