Yep, that's the title. I'm working on a full-on novel. I'm done with the first and second drafts, and I'm now waiting on my friend to give the second draft back to me (it's tangible). I just have to copy that down, fix up the last few chapters, and have my editor (on Scratch) look over it, and I'll be all good to query a literary agent!
If you want a preview of the book, here's what I'm thinking about for the jacket:

Jason's life has been pretty hectic ever since his dad died. But then there's a new girl, and then he and his friends get kidnapped…
When Juliet reveals two life-changing secrets, Jason has to grapple with his identity and Juliet's. Then Natsu gets kidnapped—again—and Jason's life gets flipped upside down. Will Jason be able to keep up with the chaos, and will he be able to make it out of the fray?

Honestly, if you want to give me any feedback on that, I'd be happy to tweak it. :]

Writing is harder and more painful than it seems. Usually, I can't pump out much more than 5 college ruled paper pages, and even that takes hours. But writing just happens to be the career path that I'm going to follow, so! I gotta get used to it! ;]
With my one-book-experience, I do research along the way, and usually it's just questions about Greek mythology or the geography of Arkansas or something. I start writing when some random idea that I want to explore just comes to me.
