warnings don't suffice. children will just ignore them and start the project anyway.
I'd suggest using contact us to ask about the project takedown if you don't think the project broke the community guidelines or terms of use.

Warnings don't make a not-ok project fine. If you need to have a warning just don't share the project.

Warnings don't mean anything to the moderators, so if your project was reported then you're even more screwed if you have a warning since it makes it obvious that you knew there was something wrong with your project or something. In that case, download the project instead of sharing it and quit Scratch and go to YouTube so you don't get permanently banned here

Warnings are only allowed for flashing lights, loud noises, and bright colors.
