Hey! I have been getting the same issue. Because one time, I dragged a control stick sprite out of my project. And bam! The error comes. So, I just delete the control stick sprite.

Me:
It's simple! In a situation of you creating your project and you have to transport a big sound/music to another, you can trannsport all the sprite or make the sound faster, sizing to the appropriate MBs. If you don't want to backpack in these “conditions”, you can export, which is another way to transport Scratch information.

Simple solution!

Saving It

Right-click the item you want to export
Select export
Save it somewhere

Importing it

In the editor, go to the section that you saved it in.
Hover over the add button
Press import

In a few minutes, you would have wrote:
This is so easy!

I would write “This is so easy” but I can't export stuff due to my school's goguardian. So using the backpack is the only way for me to get great audio for my projects. {without other means}
