Failure to complete the activity check by June 5 will result in a single strike dealt. If you were away at the deadline and have told us about your leave beforehand, you’re good- Just make sure to fill out the form afterwards.

Daily Stand-Ups:

Hello everyone! As you might have realised, we haven't been making much progress on the game recently. Whatever the reason for that'd be (I'm not questioning xD), we are implementing a new task for all employees (Potang and I included, of course ;D), and if everything goes as planned, this should get us working much more efficiently. Yes, you've probably guessed it by now, and if you were here for a while, it was something Blau had mentioned earlier and has been discussing with us. Introducing: Daily Stand-Ups!

Every day, from 2-5 p.m. your timezone, head on over to this project and follow the instructions there. Basically, either me or Potang (@Builder_53_Studios) will post a comment with the day's date at midnight UTC. Your job is then to reply to that comment with… No spoilers >:0 Go look for yourself- you'll have to check the project anyways. Remember to check daily, as missing a certain amount of days will be met with a strike.

Inactivity Notice:

Alright, let me get this straight. I'm not going entirely inactive. I know for a fact my brain would absolutely not allow being off scratch for even more than a day- Anyways, I'm travelling back to my home country for the entirety of July, and the flight leaves tomorrow morning. This means I will get less time to focus on KB, but I'll still have access to devices and wifi, so it shouldn't drop my activity too much. And because timezones will then be a problem, the daily stand-up threads will be posted by Potang throughout the month.

I think we all agree that daily stand-ups were not that great for our team- It did motivate us to do more, but soon they kind of became a burden, as what we saw. So, we're implementing daily questions instead, to hopefully create more engagement and solidify the team a bit, if that makes sense- get to know each other a bit more, you know?
