Update Custom blocks

I requested blocks in my blocks to make custom reporters, booleans, C-blocks, hat blocks, cap blocks, and the ability to add insertable and uninsertable dropdowns.

block name :: custom

block name :: custom reporter

block name :: custom boolean

} :: custom

block name :: custom cap

block name (dropdown v):: custom
