Are gun sound effects allowed?

I want to make an animation project about something that happened on the Forums, and someone was very annnoyed about a decision made in a video game. It would be kinda funny if I used a gun reloading sound effect while showing a water gun or similar. Would this be allowed, maybe if I added a disclaimer?

If it's a reloading sound effect (and not a realistic gun firing sound), especially on a water gun, I think that has a good chance of being safe.

ok, thanks! but, the phrase I'm using is here, and the Scratcher used a phrase that might not be okay with this sound playing and could be taken out of context. What about that?

Well, that's the funniest way to do it.

Realistic guns (and realistic gunshot sounds) aren't allowed, since it will scare some people and some people have PTSD from being in active battlefields or someone using a gun to kill people around them. Since Scratch is a safe place, it's not allowed. Unrealistic guns and gun sounds aren't as likely to trigger people, so they're allowed.

The devs really need to update the scratch-gui repo- I'm getting at least 19 “npm warn deprecated” warnings whenever I try to install its dependencies, and yes, I'm using the latest version of node.js and npm. Then again, the dev page on this website and the wiki in the repo still refer to Scratch 3.0 in beta, and link the current website as an example of 2.0.

This isn't a gun shot, it's a water gun getting “loaded” with a real gun sound.
