Yes. The Wiki runs on MediaWiki, an open source project. Additionally, all the custom functionality is implemented with MediaWiki skins and extensions, some of which are third-party, and some of which were created by us. For the ones created by us, they're all available here.

Money blocks are rejected in TOLoRS, but I think it's referring to in-game money. I'll change it to foo because, yeah, that's kinda confusing

The wiki is slow right now. Also, you must request an account, you do not automatically get one.

Not some… all. That’s why it doesn’t break the ToS, it’s just basically a feature that releases after a certain time.
