Why don't you credit the creators of the media library?

If your talking about the sound library?
I think you don’t need to credit them, the sound in there is free to use, no credit, something with Creative Commons or whatever. Using those sounds without credit won’t get you sued.
However; using music from the real world without credit could, idk, get you in trouble

Why don't you credit the creators of the media library?

With the exception of Scratch Cat and Gobo (and a couple of others), you are allowed to use the contents of the sound, sprite, and backdrop libraries without credit. On Scratch, you don't have to give credit if you use Scratch Cat and/or Gobo, but you aren't allowed to use them outside of Scratch without the express permission of the ST. As for content made by people on Scratch, it's licenced under CC-BY-SA 2.0 (if you share it on the website, if made with the offline editor, you can licence it with whatever you want), meaning that if you give credit, you can use them (more or less).

However, Scratch themselves never credited any of the artists, which for many of the songs license’s, is a requirement.

You mean fair use? Fair use also requires credit. There’s no legal clause which you can use to circumvent copyright without using loopholes. Which we should all know the ST’s position on.

And who wrote the audio? Please provide evidence for it as well.
And the site ain’t enough. I wanna know, at a glance, from an official Scratch page, who made the music? Most of it goes uncredited.

"The Scratch sound library uses free sound resources from Adobe.com, Archive.org, FreeMusicArchive.org, FreeSound.org, and Incompetech.com."

Also, have you considered that the original sounds may be part of the public domain, in which case you can do literally anything to them without legal repercussion?

The names listed underneath the part quoted above are (I suspect) the people who made the sounds. It's also entirely possible that many of those sounds can't be copyrighted at all on their own, because they're too generic (especially the instrument sounds, the ones that play a single note).

Thanks for looking that up. That's my understanding as well - but I am not well versed in the area.

OP, if you are a stakeholder in this area and have a concern, I suggest you contact the Scratch Team directly.
