Are projects related to Pretty Blood allowed?

Ok so,

There is this one web series I really like, and its called Pretty Blood. It is incredibly graphic, like, its very similar to Happy Tree Friends. And then, I started to wonder if we can make projects related to this series. Only without the blood and gore. (Its best if you look up what Pretty Blood is, because I dunno how to describe it that well)

But I'm still wondering, without the gore and stuff, will this still be allowed if you making references or projects similar to Pretty Blood? Or, will we get in trouble for it?

BugattiHoonicorn is a dude who dosent remember when he joined Scratch. He thinks that he joined in September 13, 2021, but he isnt sure.

Hooni also likes things like cars, Pretty Blood, Pokemon, and a lot of other stuff. He usually dosent care what other people think about him, and he usually is a bit passive agressive at times.

Anyways, thats a little bit about me for now, mabye ill add more to my new siggy later.
