Cancer pride flag

Unlike most other things that pride is used for, I don't think people who have cancer are particularly happy to have it…

I think they may mean an LGBTQIA+ combined with a cancer symbol, like a bow. (???)

edit: i think I'm wrong

Cancer pride flag

I don't think this is needed, first of all, as previously mentioned, people aren't proud of having cancer. Second of all, I've never heard about or seen people with cancer being discriminated against.

Thank Goodness I Don't Type Like This Anymore

please don't look at my 2021 forum posts

Cancer pride flag

As said above, no one is proud of having cancer, so this shouldn't be needed.
If you meant a cancer awareness flag, though, then you can try making one yourself

Are you suggesting the flag itself to be created, or are you suggesting the flag as an emoji/sprite/etc.?

Cancer pride flag

So, I think they want the cancer pride flag thingy so people with cancer get appreciation, but I don't think it's needed.
The only thing I'd be proud about if i had cancer was that I could skip out on, everything.

I shall

Cancer pride flag

As a former leukemia patient, having had it is the thing I am least proud of. I'm proud of having won the battle, but I'm not proud of having gone through all of that.

Now, about cancer awareness, I think a lot of people are aware about it, but definitely not about child cancer, which is probably the most common amongst Scratch users, because it's probably like 90% children

During my chemotherapy, I was made fun of of being bald a lot, was treated lowly, was flat-out asked why I'm bald, and that counts as discrimination so maybe you should really consider others and take that back

Also, judging by the fact that it's a cancer pride flag, that opens the door for other debilitating diseases having pride flags, and having one of those is something to be real proud of, huh?

Do you mean the ribbons for cancer awareness? I.E. white ribbons for lung cancer, orange for kidney cancer, etc.
If that is what you mean, then I don't see any problems with it(ignoring the fairly depressing subject matter).

Edit: there's also a lot of ribbons, so that might also be a problem, but oh-well

/hj is the worst tone indicator. It's confusing and ambiguous. I hate it. The point of tone indicators is to indicate tone, or the way that a piece of text should be read, but what does “half joking” mean? Do you just wake up in the morning and think “wow, I really have something I want to talk about seriously but also kinda not, IDK you decide.” It's useless. I hate it. It just provokes a deep rooted anger within me whenever I see it. People just comment /hj as if it makes any sense. It doesn't. Oh wow, it's a tone indicator that's has a relative meaning, how useful, I'll use it in every comment I post. NO. STOP IT. You're a tone indicator, you have only one job, and yet you sit there doing nothing apart angering me.

/srs

This one is useful because it tells you that this signature is fully 100% serious. (/srs) Who would've thought that tone indicators needed to tell you something about the piece of text they're attached to? /s

I'm serious, I'm not even going to put multiple (/hj)s a the end of my signature as to mock the previous paragraph for not getting the point of something(like previous version of my signature). /srs

You should probably change the OP to reflect this, rather than continuing with the confusing pride flag idea.
