Its not about being rated, its about…
being indexed
only when your project gets indexed, will it be put on the search results, and the indexer is, well, struggling, considering it has to go through nearly 1 billion projects every day
the best thing to do is probably to wait

Like they said, there is no rating. You just have to wait for your projected to get indexed unless the Scratch Team has determined your project isn't appropriate for everyone to see. Once it is, it will show up in search results. You can always just give a link to your project.Guh? thats how it works? didnt know that, but still, how do you get rated Its not about being rated, its about…

The only sort of “rating” done on projects is internal ratings as either safe or not for everyone (NFE), with the latter preventing projects from displaying in search results Its not about being rated, its about…
being indexed
(though for the most part OP, I don't believe your game would be affected by this, but this is something to consider with future projects)

Then, is there a reason why my game is not been indexed for like a month now?

The indexer program and the servers running it are overwhelmed with the new projects coming in. They have to sift through more than a billion projects per day (which would mean that if everyone made one project, 1/8 of earth's population would have used Scratch. Obviously this isn't the case, as most people make and share many more than one project). It's just a slow process. Then, is there a reason why my game is not been indexed for like a month now?

(#8)I think I heard somewhere that new projects just cannot get indexed at all, as the indexer starts from a fixed project ID and now restarts before it can index the latest projects. The indexer program and the servers running it are overwhelmed with the new projects coming in. There isn't much you can do, just wait. Or build your own indexer, and have it sift through the projects using the Scratch API, but most Scratchers aren't going to go that far.so maybe thats the problem im having, what do I do?(#8)I think I heard somewhere that new projects just cannot get indexed at all, as the indexer starts from a fixed project ID and now restarts before it can index the latest projects. The indexer program and the servers running it are overwhelmed with the new projects coming in.
