Some people have archived the user-created stages already and while Pretendo may not have those levels on their servers, there's probably a custom server out there with all the levels still intact

You can't until your clock is set to april 1. As someone who downloaded CTGP-7 yesterday I was ready to make a github account and show them my MK7 cartridge
