Im mostly a vector artist so i use mostly

SVE - Scratch Vector Editor i really like it its simple and easy to work with its also easy to understand but it does lag quite a lot when you make something very detailed like my profile pictures backgrounds are pretty detailed and can get very laggy with a file size of 2,4 megabytes which for an svg file is quite a lot
Due to its simplicity its also missing a lot of features like better gradients, easier shading, transparency ( alpha ) values and probably more

Vector Motion - a cool app for creating vector art on your tablet or phone it has many features and i think its a good app

F*gma - a cool app or website for creating mostly UIs and other things its great for collaborating with people and making vector art its not the easiest to understand but its also not very complicated it has plenty of features and also plugins which add even more features

I mean, I just use ibis paint. Some other decent and cheap websites or softwares are firealpaca, kleki, gimp, and pixilart.
