Do not do April fools this year on March 31st

Just because a portion of users might not see it doesn't everyone won't, so I don't see a need for the Scratch Team to wait a day before adding the features (especially since they are just going to implement it the next day anyways).

some people would have afd during the american march 31st, and that's unfair.
also, i (and many other people) am not religious, and couldn't give one about easter.
also, a few years back, easter was on april 1st, so it makes less than no sense to skip AFD because of easter.
