How was your experience: very bad, last year I ordered music, but i still haven’t got the order, and one of the employees were a bit rude to me, and didn’t give me my order and complained about it

No one even accepted your order yet! No one was able to! I may be a lil stupid, but I don’t think you can review on something no one can accept-

gomonegemu, I'm sorry no one has accepted your order. All our musical employees either retired or are inactive, none of us are qualified to complete your order. I reccommend the Piano Shop for good musical services though.

I'm going to communicate with that Music shop and potentially forward your order to them.

Snipping posts is basically when you delete parts of a quote that you aren't replying to ex. a post has multiple questions and you snip the questions you aren't answering. That's the basic idea.

But getting back to your review. Firstly, we have no way of knowing what you ordered a whole year ago, unless you provide us a link to your post with the order. We would be glad to solve the issue with your old order and explain why we haven't completed it, but we need to know when and what exactly you ordered.
Secondly, your recent order was for editing music. We have no one who specializes in that area, so we sadly couldn't complete your order. I recommend checking what kinds of stuff we offer in our shop before ordering, before we just don't have a specialist for everything. Music editing isn't in our offer, as our music specialists specialize in making music, not editing it.

I hope you understand our point of view, like we understand yours. We'll take your review into consideration for the future so we don't make the same mistakes again.
