If scratch's internal asset holding is blacklisted now, what can we use to post memes?Cubeupload.
AI isn't being added to Scratch anytime soon. If you want to, you could also read this related essay, which was not made by me.
I also found the earliest mention of Scratch 4.0 on the forums.

Scratch Team: (blacklists assets.scratch.mit.edu as an image host for the forums)
Everyone disliked that.
Most likely because you tried to upload the meme via uploads/assets.scratch.mit.edu
just use Cubeupload it's not that hard
or if Cubeupload is blocked for you just import the image in a project
