Yes, but you only have one sprite in Tosh.

Try Microsoft make code arcade it has a block based editor with support for javascript and python. You can even convert python or javascript to blocks or the other way around.

No, you can make more sprites. There's just not a costume editor so you must import costumes. Try reading the guide.
