I don't think it's from an official scratch team member, so nothing can really be done about this. Sorry.

The 2.0 scratchblocks generator broke due to the api changes I believe, so maybe if someone made it get the project token it might work again.

Maybe, but this is specifically for requests for the scratch team to fix things on their own site, not somebody else's site.

They mean the scratchblocks generator (2.0) because it broke and no longer works due to the project id always being considered invalid, even if it's a 2.0 project.
