If I don’t post it on scratch, can I program 16+ stuff?

Pretty much the question above lol, cause I was planning to create a game not intended for scratch (because of potential violent content) but am not sure if I am allowed to do so. I wouldn’t ever consider making it public on scratch or advertising it in any way on this platform. I know I am not allowed to do that.

To add on, you can make any Scratch project you want as long as it abides by Massachusetts law (and of course your countries/states law), you just won't be able to share it if it's inappropriate for Scratch. You can also use the offline editor.
