In our school we have Google chromebooks. Most of the others have fast ones. Mine. is. so. laggy. And the internet doesn't help

same, not on a chromebook though, and only because there was a sub who let us do whatever we wanted, the events of the server went terribly though

They also block ANY Wi-fi connection that isn't the school's to avoid students bypassing the filter (this also means that you can't do homework at home

)

EDIT: Sometimes while on the School's Wi-fi Chrome freezes for no reason (this happens often and no one knows why)

You're supposed to be eating too, do they just give you computers during lunch or do they expect you to use a phone to do it?

We are allowed to bring our computers to lunch, and they expect us to do our homework there. You are also allowed to do it on your phone, but the teachers will take it away if they see you are on anything other than the homework. (Forgot to mention this but the Web Filter also applies to ANY device on the Wi-Fi Network and the school also tracks and records your device's Webcam. Pretty sure this is illegal)
