Download projects made in 1.4

There should be a sign telling you if it was made in 2.0 or 1.4. If 1.4, there should be an option to download as sb, because some projects were optimised for 1.4's simple interface, not 2.0.

I support. Oh, if a project was shared from Scratch 1.4, you can download it.

We do currently have the option to download a project if a 1.4 format is available. Just click on “Share to”, and the download link will show up.

I think Scratch should enable people to download a project (2.0 or 1.4) for 1.4 if there aren't any custom blocks.

After the 2.0 download, we can download any project we want! yay
