Empires hardcore - A last player standing survival challenge.

Empires hardcore is a Minecraft challenge server that will last for two weeks and start when we have enough places. Each player only has 3 lives, with things like griefing and looting becoming possible as you get down to the bottom. The life management plugin is one of several plugins, coded by me, to give the server a degree of challenge whilst still maintaining the vanilla experience.
In the final two days of the challenge, any players left will be taken down to 1 life and the endgame will begin. The last player standing is the winner.

I suppose, it's got a few other plugins that make the game a little harder for the competition (You can see all my plugins on my GitHub, not all of them will be used).
I plan to use:

Zombie Horses - Zombies have a chance of converting horses into Zombie horses like they do with villagers.
Life plugin - Manages the three life system and generates life containers inside of structures.
Neutral hostility - All neutral mobs (mobs that would normally only attack you if provoked) attack you, evokers don't drop totems.
Professional idiot - Golems don't drop iron, villagers are all Nitwits.
