Due to these shops not responding they are now marked as inactive and can be removed from the federation list by the owner. Any reviews placed in these shops can be removed and you don't have to give them this month's reviews but if you already have then that's fine

Hmm the owner doesn't seem very active. Wait a few more weeks and if you still have no reply then I assume this is pretty much inactive. Although if you fancy a review there are plenty of shops that supply them (I have one here that does reviews: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/6255376/)
