Currently the Scratch Team has no modes for any holidays. Personally, I am not getting the impression that the Scratch Team does not care about any of these holidays.

To be technical, one way to be inclusive of all these holidays is to not have special modes for any holidays.
They do for April fools day so what's the fricking difference
Christmas and Easter are all religious holidays, AF is not.
(wouldn't be celebrated that way, like, Jesus' birth and his death, but still, some people would feel left out because they may be following a different religion)
Well I feel left out by them not doing it , you can't just baby the people who don't believe it and not the people who do
Ok scrap it.

I feel the only holidays that should be added are non-religious holidays or holidays that don't show their religious side.
Like christmas, it would not be on the side of Jesus, but Santa Claus. And easter, would not show the Death of Jesus and how be came back, but the easter bunny. And then there's not religios holidays like AF, Halloween valentines day, st patricks day, and stuff like that

lol you can see my grammar went down hill once i wrote more
Almost all holidays have some religious origins. Yes, it would be insensitive to include them for people who don't celebrate the holiday, but I'd argue it'd be even more insensitive to completely ignore the religious side.

You see, sensei~
I love how deep your voice can get. I've been recording and collecting it as MP3s.
I've gone absolutely crazy. From the Internet, I downloaded Audacity.
Cutting, pasting, until it was complete.

Hello, I'm Helios and I use they/xe/he >:^)
I'm an artist and a writer and I do cool stuff. :P
I'm currently working on my first-person story Teacher's Pet Chronicles! The story is about a girl who tells on one student, and then becomes thirsty to tattle on them all! But some classmates aren't easy targets, some are almost impossible to tattle on. Can she remove all of them from the classroom? Will her teacher notice her actions? Hmm…
I'm also working on a collection of poems called “I Wish I Were Them”. It's about a boy who is obsessed with the lives of others.

A problem with all suggestions like this is that if the Scratch Team add decorations/modes for holidays, people who do not celebrate those holidays may feel excluded from the site, going against the guideline of Scratch welcoming everyone.
We could celebrate every culture so nobody feel excluded.
There are, like, a bajillion cultures and groups. That's, like, a lot of time spent for something we could very much just ignore.

People who don't celebrate if might feel offended, that's the tricky thing with holidays.

Having different modes for different holidays.

This does sound like a nice idea, but please remember to give real reasons and explanations.
And personally, I agree with Mexicanboyrrv! Scratch is a place for all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Key word: Religion. People all have different beliefs, and though a small celebration-for example a studio of Christians celebrating their religion on Christmas is fine! More than that, it's a great way for them to express themselves. However, there are many people who are not christian, and for a scratch-wide celebration, including religious aspects may cause some to feel left out-in fact, around Christmas I saw people who did not celebrate the holiday say they felt left out, and I know I certainly felt the same when Thanksgiving rolled around. Now imagine that on a so much bigger scale. Yes, it may be insensitive to exclude the religious side of these holidays, but that's what my school does. And do any of the children care? No! You are allowed to celebrate your holiday, your way, but trying to celebrate the holiday your way, and pushing that onto other people would be rude, to put it simply. So essentially, I support this idea if it does not include the more-excluding parts. A holiday like Halloween is more inclusive! A holiday like April Fools! A holiday like Christmas might work if done right! But if it is completely surrounding the religious parts that only few actually celebrate? In that case, I don't see reason to support. It would be a fun idea yes, but that is outweighed by the fact that it is exclusive to others.

This isn't even about religion I just thought it would be a fun idea to just make it optional for people to do it or not

I understand you never meant for it to be about religion, but problem is, these holidays are based around religion. That's unavoidable. Having different modes based around the blatantly religious holidays would leave people feeling left out. Thus, the solution would be to not include said holidays.
