How do I make a new acc but save my projects ?

You can remix the projects you published while you're logged onto your new account. You can also save your unshared scratch projects to your device (so, when you're inside a project, press ‘file’ and then select ‘save to your computer’) and load them back onto your new account using ‘file’ and ‘load from your computer’.
Edit: the projects should appear as .sb3 files on your device.

It is simple just create a new account and remix all your projects!

It's not recommended to make a new account if your account is banned, as that is ban evasion, or for the purpose of gaining loves and favourites.
