Long story short my account HyperGamerStudios was banned over a year ago and recently I got the IP ban reversed but the account ban is still in place even though they unbanned my IP address and a few weeks ago I sent in an appeal and never got a response, what is the average response time and what should I do to get my account back? It had over 1750 followers so I wish I could get it back

It may take a long time for them to respond.

Sometimes they will answer within a few hours, sometimes it can be over a year and they won't respond. I'm sure they are busy with spam and trolling from the site though…

I'd say it will take about year for your appeal to be answered. For the chance the st is just ignoring it, I'd send a new one every 2-3 months. You can also use the “Contact Us” link to ask the st about this.

The Scratch Team is currently being overwhelmed with responses. If they don't respond in a long time,it means that your email got blocked because if you get IP banned,your email also gets blocked.
