out of curiosity, would it be ok to mention the name of that german politician with the moustache who did some… stuff in world war 2?

i mean obviously not in certain contexts, for example, “i support (name)!” wouldn’t be allowed but, is it technically allowed just to mention his name?

One, that question is irrelevant. Two, put the image on an image hosting site (cubeupload is the only allowed one that's free) and put the link in an “img” BBCode box.
