So do u ask each other what character design they want and when u both finish, u can use the drawing that the other person made?

yes, once you both finish the designs, the design they made is now your character so you can use it however you’d like

So, in a dt, both of the people can either give each other moodboards and they draw based on that, they give each other an idea, or they just make SURPRISE designs.
