No support, already implemented. If you want to talk about something you have made, you can use Show and Tell. If you want help with something you're making, you can use Collaborations, Help with Scripts, or Questions about Scratch. If you're doing, making, playing, or reading something outside of scratch, there are forums for that. If you just joined scratch and want to say hello, or want to say hi to new scratchers, there is the new scratcher forum. If you want to keep up-to-date on the latest changes, the announcement forum is for you. Suggestions is where you suggest changes to the website, advanced topics is where you talk about advanced things that most people won't understand, and there are also forums to help with developing scratch extensions, such as pen or music.
