I decided on a whim to google my own username and bizarrely enough found a bunch of weird websites that had nothing to do with Scratch from the URL that looked super shady having forum threads I was involved in, does anyone know if this is some sort of bug or glitch with Scratch, I apologize if this is the wrong section, if it is, please guide me to the correct one-

Is one of those websites Ocular? Ocular is a forum search tool made by Jeffalo. It has its own forum topic here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/446450/

Some websites seem to take text from various random websites and put them together into one big incoherent paragraph, with links to other pages on the site, all of which have similarly incoherent URLs. I guess because the Scratch forums are rendered server-side, this means that these websites can also take text from forum posts by means of web scraping. I have no idea why these websites do that, but my best guess is that it's for search engine optimisation and/or to trick leading users to ads since their web pages do show up under various search queries, like “Dolphins989”

If you're afraid of Google indexing your content licensed under CC-BY SA 2.0, then you shouldn't be on the internet. It's fine as it only leads to your projects / profile and doesn't showcase any personal info of yours publicly.

Anyways, all I find is something like “Dolphins #989”, (on amazon and the like), or phone numbers after the word “dolphin”.
